We are recruiting for a brand-new role within our sports turf team at our elite training ground in Lancing. This is an integral role to support our clubs 2030 vision and will successfully integrate innovation, sustainability, and elite performance at every level. You will lead and support a dedicated team of sports turf professionals, empowering them to reach their full potential and deliver excellence.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong, collaborative relationships within a multi-site club.
