This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of all areas of our Girls Academy, leading its programmes and people while driving alignment with the Club's overall vision. You will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence, ensuring the Academy continues to evolve and perform at the highest level. With responsibility for developing and implementing a high-quality coaching programme, this role is perfect for a leader passionate about shaping the next generation.
About you
We are looking for a forward-thinking leader with a proven track record in youth development. You will have a comprehensive understanding of the academy functions, mastering everything from FA audit compliance to football business and budget management. More than just a manager, you are an exceptional communicator who drives a culture of continuous improvement, balancing this ambition with a pragmatic, humble approach. To be successful in this role you must hold an FA Safeguarding Children certificate, and ideally a UEFA A License.
