Being a Mascot is about more than wearing a costume - it's about becoming an ambassador for the club. You will deliver high-energy performances to create unforgettable experiences for every fan at the Amex Stadium or Broadfield Stadium.
We are looking for candidates who are available to work matchdays, which fall on weekends and evenings. There may also be some extra work available at events around Sussex.
About you
Are you an outgoing, creative and enthusiastic performer? Do you enjoy entertaining an audience with confidence? If this sounds like you, apply now! We are seeking someone experienced in working with children who can create safe, positive, and memorable experiences. Ideally you will have previous experience as a mascot or performer, however this is not essential.
