Role: Matchday Experience Assistant
Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Hours: To work home matches for the 26/27 season (including Premier League, Cup and Europa Conference League)

This role focuses on creating an unforgettable matchday experience for supporters by assisting with fan activities and event setup.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with supporters and manage activities that elevate the matchday experience.
- Assist with setting up stadium elements (e.g., flags, circle banners) and ensure all fan activities are prepped and ready for action.
- Support crowd flow and on-site operations with a high level of energy, attitude, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain strong organisation and prioritisation to keep activities running smoothly on busy matchdays.
Requirements and qualifications
- Energy, attitude and a passion for people, with the ability to work in a high-energy environment.
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills; ability to manage multiple tasks on a matchday.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with fans and colleagues.
