An amazing opportunity within our Category 1 Boy\’s Academy!
We are looking for some to effectively implement the delivery of all aspects of Strength & Conditioning support to all Academy players with reference to the BHAFC Athletic Development Mode, mainly focusing on players in the Youth Development Phase (U13-U16). You will provide Strength & Conditioning coaching field and gym based performance/recovery sessions.
About you
Do you have experience providing Strength & Conditioning services to elite athletes and coaches, including working with high-performance teams or squads Our ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and monitoring Strength & Conditioning programs. You should hold an undergraduate degree in Sports Science or Strength & Conditioning from a recognised university. This role is as much about skill set as it is about the person. You must be someone that works well as part of a team and remains calm under pressure.
