Come and play your part in our first-class player care provision Are you looking for a role where no two days are the same As a central figure in our academy, this role will offer exactly that! You will identify and implement a comprehensive off-field support package tailored to the individual needs of players. You will also support the planning, development, and delivery of life-skills and off-field support programmes across designated phases. In addition, you will be confident in building professional relationships with players, parents, and carers. As part of this role, you will be required to attend matches (as well as trips and tours where agreed) to support the players in the relevant age phases. About you It is essential that you have a clear understanding of the “pressure points” of professional football. You will also have experience of working with young people within an Elite Sports Environment, Educational setting or social services. A good level of knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook would be beneficial.
