This role will work within the youth development phase, managing and coaching our goalkeepers. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting academy goalkeepers through their training and match day experiences. You will also be responsible for uploading essential information to Kitman Labs. Additionally, you will contribute to the trial processes and play a key role in our talent identification and scouting program.
What are we looking for
You should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver creative and engaging presentations. A clear understanding of the academy system and professional football environment is essential.
You will already hold the following qualifications:
– FA Emergency First Aid Certificate (minimum Level 2)
– FA Safeguarding qualification
– UEFA ‘B\’ Goalkeeping License
– UEFA ‘B\’ License
