What You’ll Be Doing (More Than Just Clicks & Impressions)

Paid Media Coordination

  • Optimize media campaigns in partnership with external media partners, including DSPs and endemic platforms, ensuring effective execution and performance alignment with campaign goals.
  • Work with senior team members to build relationships with external media partners to facilitate ad placements, negotiate rates, and ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Ensure creative assets are trafficked on time and meet the correct specs for each media partner and platform.
  • Own the media spec sheet, collaborating with internal teams, creative teams, and clients to ensure all required media assets are created and delivered in time for publication deadlines.
  • Assist in keyword research, ad copywriting, audience targeting, and bid management for paid search campaigns.
  • Monitor key paid media performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates) and provide real-time optimizations.
  • Track budget pacing and ensure alignment with internal and client budgets.
  • Assist with media financials (creating estimates, IOs, processing invoices, and reconciling media spend).

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance metrics for paid media campaigns, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Reach out to external media partners weekly and/or monthly to retrieve and compile monthly performance metrics.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports with data-driven insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads to assess campaign effectiveness.

Social Media Coordination

  • While not the primary focus of this role, social media coordination is an important aspect of the position.
  • Assist in scheduling and publishing content across social platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Support paid social media campaigns by monitoring engagement, performance, and audience insights to optimize results.
  • Help compile insights on organic social performance to inform future content strategy.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • 1-3 years of experience in paid media coordination.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and DSPs with basic knowledge of display and programmatic advertising.
  • Analytical mindset—you love diving into campaign data, identifying trends, and making performance-driven decisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines.
