About the team: As a member of the UK Brightmine Content team, the Analyst will work directly with Content and Production team members to create and manage the survey calendar and with the Product team to create and enhance data solutions, as well as the Market Insights team to craft audience communications.
About the role: We require a superior ability to create and field surveys, interpret research results, and present data to internal and external customers. You will primarily be responsible for planning and conducting original research and surveys; preparing data and presenting findings; keeping the data resources across Brightmine’s product portfolio up to date; and creating and maintaining interactive visualisations that depict data trends, all within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise on survey design, data collection methods and reporting, including using Qualtrics and SPSS.
- Develop research outputs from raw survey data.
- Analyse large data sets using advanced statistical techniques to identify actionable insights for an HR audience.
- Turn results into clear and compelling content reports and visualisations that can be used by researchers and analysts to communicate results to clients.
- Analyse pay data to create monthly pay trends reports.
- Work with the Market Insights team to produce commercial collateral related to survey results such as press releases, case studies and white papers.
- Promote Brightmine through briefing customers, Government departments, PR agency, journalists, economists and other interested parties through written comments and interviews/presentations.
- Brief commercial teams and other stakeholders on key trends and research findings.
- Build relationships with key players in the industry, including via networking and social media.
Requirements:
- Considerable relevant experience or an equivalent combination of consulting, managing and supporting Qualtrics surveys including design, development, publishing, analysis and reporting.
- Working knowledge of workplace and general HR issues facing today’s employers.
- Exceptional ability to analyse data to provide insights, make recommendations and present these in accurate and user-friendly formats for internal stakeholders and external users, in both written and chart format.
- Experience with cleaning and optimising data in various forms using Excel and SPSS; and presenting data in Infogram.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and handle multiple projects that may overlap.
- Good interpersonal skills and cross-function collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, rigorous data-centric environment, by successfully interacting and collaborating with Product teams, Marketing, managers and internal stakeholders regarding business challenges and research needs.
- Ability to brief media and present to external audiences such as on podcasts, webinars, conference presentations and to user groups.
