In this role, you will collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to identify high‑value opportunities through strategic Design and User Research. You will lead Discovery and Design initiatives within our delivery framework and work closely with front‑end engineers to ensure design requirements are fulfilled. Your role will be to combine desired business outcomes and user needs to identify solutions and personally design beautiful, modern and innovative experiences with the highest chance of success. - Measure success with your Product Manager, tracking impact and sharing learnings to continuously raise the bar.
What we’re looking for:
You’re a holistic designer who blends creativity, craft, and strategy. You care deeply about users – but also about the business impact of great design. We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Proven experience designing for web‑based SaaS or B2B products.
- A strong portfolio showing end‑to‑end product design, from UX flows to high‑fidelity UI.
- A user‑first mindset and experience leading user research and usability testing.
- Confidence using Figma for everything from prototypes to design systems.
- Excellent collaboration skills – you love working closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
- Experience creating or scaling design systems with a focus on consistency and flexibility.
