Our Product Design team is pivotal in building and maintaining a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across our platform. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our Product Design team on a full-time basis.
In this role, you will collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities through strategic Design and user Research. You will lead Discovery and Design initiatives within our delivery framework and work closely with front end engineers to ensure design requirements are fulfilled. It will be your role to bring together desired business outcomes and user needs to identify solutions and design experiences with the highest chance of success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Research, Analysis and Design: You’ll shape Product Strategy by exploring the problems that matter most — running user research, digging into the data, and using design thinking to spot the biggest opportunities for impact.
- Solution Discovery: You’ll lead discovery for the problem spaces your squad is tackling — facilitating the design process, defining what success looks like for users, and helping your team choose the right solutions to move forward with.
- Product Design: You’ll take ownership of your designs from start to finish — creating all the assets and flows needed to bring an experience to life. You’ll make sure everything is clear, complete, and ready for engineers to build.
- Engineering Support: You’ll work side-by-side with engineers throughout the process — asking questions early, collaborating often, and staying involved during sprints to make sure what we ship reflects the design intent.
