As a key member of our Finance team, you will work closely with leaders across Revenue, Product, Marketing, and Operations. You will bring clarity through data, strengthen performance through insight, and support smarter decision-making across the company. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong FP&A background who enjoys partnering cross-functionally, shaping processes, and championing automation within a modern data environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Business Partnering
- Build trusted relationships with leaders across the business.
- Deliver clear, commercially focused insights that drive performance.
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Build and maintain forecasting models for revenue, cost, and headcount.
- Support budgeting and reforecast cycles with department leads.
- Analyse pricing, packaging, usage, and margins to inform strategic decisions.
- Run scenario modelling to support investment and operational planning.
- Data, Reporting & Insight
- Develop automated reporting and dashboards in Power BI.
- Work with Data and RevOps teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across key metrics.
- Create intuitive visualisations that help teams quickly understand performance.
- Identify trends across customers, products, and markets, with clear recommendations.
- Automation & Efficiency
- Champion the use of AI and automation across Finance.
- Reduce manual processes and build scalable reporting frameworks.
- Support the adoption of data-driven tools across the finance function.

Experience we are looking for:
- FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or similar analytical finance experience
- Strong Power BI and dashboard visualisation capability
- Experience with data warehouses and commercial datasets
- Excellent modelling skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Comfortable with SQL (or working closely with SQL-using teams)
- Strong understanding of revenue, pipeline, churn, margin & product metrics
- Professional qualifications (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) are a plus, but not essential
