This role focuses primarily on Marketing Operations and lifecycle automation, working closely with the Growth Manager to improve how we convert users across the customer journey - particularly trial-to-paid conversion.

You’ll help build and optimise behaviour-led workflows, triggered email automations, and CRM processes in HubSpot that support scalable growth. Around 75% of the role supports Marketing, with the remaining focus helping Sales teams operate more efficiently.

    • Support the setup and execution of marketing campaigns in HubSpot
    • Build and manage lists, forms, and properties used for lead capture and lifecycle management
    • Create and optimise behaviour-led workflows and triggered email automation
    • Support lifecycle programmes focused on trial activation, engagement, and conversion
    • Help track campaign performance, attribution, and marketing effectiveness
    • Ensure workflows and campaigns run on clean, well-governed CRM data
    • Work closely with Marketing to turn campaign ideas into scalable system execution
  • Lifecycle Automation & Conversion
    • Design workflows based on user behaviour and platform insights
    • Test, monitor, and optimise automated email journeys
    • Identify opportunities to improve trial-to-paid conversion
    • Ensure lifecycle workflows are documented, governed, and scalable
    • Monitor automation performance and support ongoing optimisation
  • Sales Operations Support
    • Support CRM administration for Sales and SDR teams
    • Maintain lead routing, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and deal processes
    • Help manage SDR workflows, sequences, and sales automation
    • Support sales reporting and dashboards
  • CRM Management & Data Quality
    • Own day-to-day CRM administration within HubSpot
    • Maintain high standards of data quality and governance
    • Conduct audits, clean-ups, de-duplication, and validation
    • Manage lifecycle stages, properties, and lead statuses
    • Support data imports and identify issues affecting reporting or automation
  • Reporting & Operational Insight
    • Maintain dashboards used by Marketing and Sales
    • Support recurring and ad hoc reporting
    • Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned to agreed definitions
  • User Support & Collaboration
    • Act as a first point of contact for CRM-related questions
    • Support Marketing and Sales teams with HubSpot best practices
    • Help onboard new users and maintain internal documentation
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, SDR teams, and RevOps stakeholders

What we’re looking for

  • Essential skills
    • Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM (Marketing Hub & Sales Hub)
    • Experience building automated workflows and lifecycle journeys
    • Experience managing CRM lifecycle stages, properties, and segmentation
    • Experience supporting campaign tracking and attribution reporting
    • Practical experience maintaining CRM data quality
    • Understanding of lead routing, pipelines, and sales processes
    • Ability to interpret marketing metrics such as open rates, CTR, activation and conversion rates
    • Working knowledge of GDPR and data compliance
    • Interest in AI tools and automation to improve operational efficiency
  • Nice to have
    • Experience in a SaaS or subscription business
    • Familiarity with product-led growth or free trial models
    • Experience working with Sales Development (SDR) teams
