This is a fantastic opportunity for a digital marketer to take the reins on a critical asset for our business, our website, as well as other digital activities that drive inbound traffic and leads. You’ll be responsible for creating an outstanding website presence that sets us apart from our competitors and attracts, engages, and converts customers. You’ll set the vision and development roadmap for the website and manage two in-house developers to deliver your plans.
Whilst this role will focus predominantly on evolving our website, you’ll also work alongside our demand generation team to create and capture new business leads. You’ll bring your B2B campaign experience to help relieve the pressure on our two current managers by taking on certain programmes, such as affiliate marketing and collaborating on other demand generation activities., Website

Own the vision and roadmap for the website to deliver BrightLocal’s business objectives

Create a fantastic brand experience on our website as well as ensure that it converts customers

User testing and improving user experience

Create and share internal processes for CMS management and uploading content

Ensure the website adheres to security, privacy and accessibility standards
Digital Marketing

Conversion rate optimisation

Technical SEO and keyword research to improve our online visibility

Demand generation campaigns

Work on integrating with Hubspot for lead generation and attribution

Landing page creation and optimisation for our paid campaigns, events and webinars
Analytics and testing

A Google Analytics and Tag Manager aficionado – set up and report on behavioural and performance analytics to guide the development of user experience, content and campaigns

Experiment and split-test to continually improve efficiency and performance
Success in this role requires you to be both creative and analytical. You’ll be able to create engaging brand experiences that make us distinctive. You’ll also be fiercely data-driven, using analytics insights to guide the evolution of our website and digital campaigns. You’ll continually chase performance gains with an experiment-and-learn mindset. Project and stakeholder management experience and familiarity with tools (Jira, Monday, Slack, Figma)

Ability to coordinate and collaborate across teams: predominantly Marketing, Design & Engineering, but also Product, HR and Sales
