As part of our continued development, we are seeking an experienced Disputes and Litigation Solicitor to join our expanding Litigation team. We are looking for candidates with broad dispute resolution experience, strong technical ability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

The Role
As a Solicitor in our Litigation & Disputes Team you will be required to effectively manage a varied caseload. Typical work may include:
- Residential and Commercial Landlord & Tenant
- Boundary disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be expected to handle files independently (appropriate to your PQE)
- Draft pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements
- Conduct legal research and prepare advice
- Represent clients in negotiations and ADR processes
- Prepare cases for court and attend hearings where required
- Support colleagues on complex matters and contribute to team development
- Contribute to business development
- Strong technical knowledge, ensuring you stay up to date with developments in relevant areas of law
- Excellent communication and client-care abilities
- Ability to work proactively, manage deadlines and prioritise effectively
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, CILEX Lawyer with practice rights, or experienced Paralegal considered. 0-5 years PQE.
