Job Overview

BrightHR is launching a new agency model looking for hands-on, ambitious people who are ready to make a long-term commitment to our business. As a BrightHR Solutions Expert and Regional Owner, you’ll be responsible for driving market penetration in your region. You’ll be equipped with full training and support services, extensive marketing resources and system access mapped to your location.

As a business owner of BrightHR, you will be backed by an organisation that has private funding, highly profitable and proven track record of growth in any economic backdrop. Unlike other franchise or agency models, there is no financial investment required to become an Agency Owner for BrightHR.
