Role Description
BrightHR is seeking a detail-oriented, full-time Payroll Advisor to join our team on-site at our Manchester office. As a Payroll Advisor, you will manage payroll processes, assist clients with payroll queries, and ensure compliance with payroll regulations. This includes handling payroll administration, advising on payroll taxes, processing employee benefits, and maintaining accurate records. The role also requires clear and effective communication with team members and clients to deliver exceptional service and resolve payroll-related issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Payroll Services and Payroll Administration.
- Strong understanding of Payroll Taxes and compliance requirements.
- Experience in managing Employee Benefits programs.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications.
- Previous experience in a payroll or HR-related role is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of UK payroll legislation is an advantage.
