Salary & Compensation: Base salary £23,000 - £26,000 (dependent on experience) plus commission structure.

Location: Manchester, England, United Kingdom

Purpose: We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to support the Bright Exchange Sales Manager to grow our SME advertising offering across our digital marketing platform. This role is responsible for outbound & inbound sales prospecting to sell digital advertising space, reward marketplace listings and promotional placements.

Reports to: Bright Exchange Sales Manager

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Day‑to‑day Responsibilities:

  • Sell digital advertising space, marketplace listings, promotional placements, and partner offers to SME clients.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Maintain a daily pipeline to support a dynamic sales journey.
  • Structure your day autonomously to optimise performance.
  • Become an expert in the Bright Exchange platform, enabling a solution‑led, consultative sales approach.
  • Provide professional, senior‑level engagement and consultative proposals.
  • Build effective relationships with existing customers using probing questioning, clarification and language techniques.
  • Represent the company, brand, values and products positively and enthusiastically to create a professional image.
  • Exceed the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
  • Own performance at all levels.
  • Generate opportunities via social selling and client referrals.
  • Meet targets and business objectives in full compliance.
