Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Activation & Engagement Specialist located in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The selected candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring they successfully implement and utilize BrightHR\’s software. Daily tasks include understanding client needs, conducting virtual onboarding sessions, troubleshooting issues, and developing best practices to improve client engagement. The role involves maintaining regular contact with clients to provide support, identify opportunities for additional services, and ensure optimal usage of BrightHR\’s offerings.
Monday – Friday: 9-5:30 Office Based in Manchester City Centre.
