A growing manufacturing company in Witham is seeking a Window Fabricator to join their busy factory team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. The successful candidate will rotate through various departments and gain hands-on experience across the full window manufacturing process.

Duties will include working on the hanging line, learning different window furniture options and product ranges, assisting with window pack preparation in stores, and supporting the wider production team as required. Previous manufacturing or window fabrication experience would be beneficial but is not essential for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the manufacture and assembly of windows
  • Rotate through different production departments
  • Work on the hanging line and support assembly processes
  • Learn product ranges, fittings and furniture options
  • Assist stores with packing and preparation of window orders
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
  • Friday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • Includes scheduled breaks throughout the day
Benefits:
  • Temp-to-perm opportunity
  • Starting salary of £12.71 per hour
  • Salary increases upon permanent employment and depending on experience
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing annually up to 25 days
