You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, helping them to live as independently as possible while promoting choice, dignity and inclusion.
The Role As a Support Worker, you will: Support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation and household duties.
Provide emotional support, reassurance and companionship.
Encourage independence and help individuals develop everyday life skills.
Support individuals to access community activities, appointments and social opportunities.
Work alongside healthcare professionals and other support staff to provide high-quality, person-centred care.
Complete accurate records and report any concerns in line with safeguarding procedures.
What We Are Looking For A minimum of 6 months UK care experience.
