Are you an organised and detail-focused Administrator with experience supporting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney processes? We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and highly professional legal services organisation seeking a Legal Administrator to join their busy operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills and experience within private client, wills, probate or legal support who is looking to develop their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

This role would suit a proactive individual who enjoys managing documentation, communicating with clients, and ensuring processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

The Role

Working closely with the Legal Services Manager and wider operations team, you will play a key role in supporting the administration and drafting of Wills and LPAs while ensuring excellent service standards are maintained throughout the client journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administration of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Drafting and revising Wills and LPAs
  • Supporting the full LPA process from initial documentation through to registration
  • Liaising with clients, advisors and the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG)
  • Managing incoming post and legal documentation
  • Printing, binding, scanning and uploading legal documents
  • Updating and maintaining client records on CRM systems
  • Handling email and telephone enquiries professionally
  • Preparing outgoing post in line with company SLAs
  • Ensuring compliance with document storage and legal procedures
  • Supporting wider administrative functions during busy periods

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous administration experience within a legal or professional services environment
  • Experience dealing with Wills, LPAs or private client matters
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
  • A professional and client-focused approach
