We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established home care provider for Home Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality personal care, always respecting dignity and promoting independence. You will support clients to live safely and comfortably in their own homes while maintaining their chosen lifestyle. This is a person-centred service focused on delivering compassionate care and supporting individuals with daily living needs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care in a respectful and professional manner
- Promote independence and dignity at all times
- Support clients within their own homes
- Be flexible and responsive to client and service needs
- Represent the service with professionalism and care
Skills and Attributes:
- Caring and patient nature
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Experience is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car is preferred
