Support the CEO of Bright Futures 4 All. Ideal for someone organised and proactive who wants to contribute meaningfully within a supportive, purpose-driven organisation. Your administrative support and assistance will help the CEO make more efficient use of their time and help the charity continue to grow.

Essential

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with guidance
  • Comfortable managing and prioritising tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
  • Confident communicator (written and verbal)
  • Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality

Desirable

  • Previous experience in administration, PA/EA support, or operations
