Manchester Full-Time On-site

We're looking for a curious, numbers-minded graduate to help us understand what drives sales on TikTok Shop. You'll turn data from live shopping, short-form video, creator partnerships and paid campaigns into clear insights that shape where we spend our marketing budget.

This is a hands-on analyst role in one of the fastest-moving areas of e-commerce. You'll work closely with marketing, creator and commercial teams, and you'll see your analysis influence real decisions within weeks of joining.

Key responsibilities

  • Track and report on TikTok Shop performance, including GMV, conversion rate, average order value, ROAS and customer acquisition cost.
  • Build and maintain weekly and monthly dashboards for the marketing team using TikTok Shop Seller Center, TikTok Ads Manager and our internal data sources.
  • Analyse the performance of LIVE shopping sessions, shoppable videos and product showcase listings to identify what content drives sales.
  • Measure the impact of creator and affiliate partnerships, helping the team decide which creators to scale, renew or drop.
  • Evaluate paid campaigns (including GMV Max and Video Shopping Ads) and recommend changes to budget, targeting and creative.
  • Support A/B tests on pricing, promotions, vouchers and flash sales, and report clearly on the results.
  • Monitor competitor activity, category trends and viral products to spot new opportunities.
  • Prepare campaign post-mortems for major sales moments such as Black Friday and seasonal events.

What we're looking for

A degree (2:1 or above, or equivalent) in a numerate or relevant subject such as Marketing, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Science.

  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups and basic charting.
  • A genuine interest in social commerce, and a good understanding of how TikTok works as a platform.
  • The ability to explain numbers in plain English and turn data into a clear recommendation.
  • High attention to detail and a structured approach to solving problems.
  • Comfort working at pace and juggling several requests at once.
  • Exposure to TikTok Shop Seller Center, TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics or Google Ads
  • An internship, placement or personal project in e-commerce, digital marketing or analytics.
  • Experience running your own social account, online store or content channel.
  • Competitive graduate salary with an annual review.
  • Hybrid working and flexible hours.
  • Pension scheme with employer contributions.

At Brightform, you'll be at the centre of social commerce while it's still being shaped, not years after the playbook was written.

  • Your work matters from day one. We're a growing team, so your analysis goes straight to the people deciding budgets, creators and campaigns.
  • You'll learn fast. TikTok Shop changes every month, and you'll be testing new formats, tools and ad products as they launch.
  • You'll work across the business. Marketing, creators, commercial and operations all rely on data, so you'll build a wide network early in your career.
  • Global presence, boutique culture: With offices in Manchester, Bremen, Munich, Milan and Barcelona, we combine an international reach with an agile, collaborative working environment.
