A fast-growing eCommerce and brand growth business helping consumer brands scale through TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing and creator partnerships. The team works closely with brands, creators and affiliates to drive commercial growth in one of the fastest-moving areas of digital commerce.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who understands the TikTok Shop ecosystem and wants to play a hands-on role helping brands grow. You'll work directly with both brands and affiliates, supporting partnership growth, creator outreach, campaign execution and wider commercial strategy.

The role would suit someone who understands how products gain traction online - whether through TikTok Shop, affiliate campaigns, creator marketing or eCommerce growth strategies - and who's excited by the pace of a scaling business.
