This is a brilliant opportunity for a junior designer who loves performance marketing and wants to see their work directly drive results. You will be creating paid social ads that are built to convert, testing ideas quickly, learning what works and improving week by week.
You will work closely with growth and creative teams, turning insights, hooks and concepts into scroll-stopping static and video ads. It is fast-paced, hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys iterating, experimenting and getting better through volume.
What you will be doing:
- Designing static ads for paid social (1:1, 4:5 and 9:16 formats)
- Creating short-form video ads; UGC-style edits, motion text, app demos
- Turning briefs into multiple creative variations; hooks, angles, CTAs and formats
- Editing and remixing assets efficiently using existing content, UGC and product visuals
- Building simple motion systems; captions, pacing, pattern interrupts
- Keeping creative files, templates and exports organised
- Working with performance data to understand what is landing and why, then iterating quickly
What you are good at:
- You understand what makes paid social creative work; strong hooks, clarity, proof and pace
- You can produce at speed without losing quality or taste
- You think in variations rather than one-off ideas
- You are comfortable designing for Meta feeds, stories, reels and vertical video
- You have a good eye for layout, typography and visual hierarchy
Tools & experience:
- Experience using tools like Figma, Adobe or Canva (tool choice matters less than output)
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere, After Effects or similar
- A genuine interest in using AI tools to speed up ideation, iteration and production
