This business is the latest venture of a successful entrepreneur who sold his previous business for 10s of millions!

We're looking for 2 SUPER ambitious junior to work alongside them and help them grow this business in a sales-focused role.

They're an AI consultancy helping businesses work out where AI can genuinely make them better, then building and implementing the solutions to make it happen.

Most businesses know AI is going to transform the way they operate.

Far fewer know where to start, how to use it effectively or how to turn isolated experiments into something that creates real value across a company.

The team works with businesses to identify inefficient processes and workflows, understand where AI can have the biggest impact and build practical solutions that people actually use.

Alongside bespoke consultancy projects, they're increasingly developing productised AI solutions for specific industries: solving a common problem once, then taking that solution to other businesses facing the same challenge.

They're now looking for a bright, entrepreneurial person to help take those solutions to market.

The role

This is an early sales/GTM hire joining a small, highly experienced team at an exciting stage of the business.

You'll help identify new markets and customers for the company's AI products and services.

That could mean spotting a niche industry with hundreds of potential customers, researching the companies within it, finding the right decision makers and working out the best way to start conversations with them.

You'll use a mixture of phone, email, Linked In and smart research to generate opportunities, but this isn't about firing out thousands of generic automated messages.

They want someone who can think.

You'll be encouraged to experiment with different sectors and approaches, learn from what works and what doesn't and feed those ideas back into the team.

You'll also support the company's bespoke consultancy work, identifying relevant businesses and opening doors for the senior team to take forward.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Researching new sectors and identifying potential markets for AI solutions
  • Building targeted lists of companies and decision makers
  • Reaching out through phone, email and Linked In to start conversations
  • Qualifying opportunities and setting up meetings for the senior team
  • Learning the company's AI products well enough to explain their value simply and confidently
  • Testing different messaging and GTM approaches to understand what gets traction
  • Using AI tools intelligently to make your own work faster and better
  • Feeding market insight back into the team and helping shape where the company goes next
  • Who they're looking for
  • Commercially minded, entrepreneurial and curious
  • Confident speaking to new people and happy picking up the phone
  • Personable, articulate and good at building rapport
  • Energetic and comfortable taking initiative
  • Interested in AI and already reasonably tech savvy
  • Able to think on your feet and adapt when something isn't working
  • Excited by joining a small company where there isn't always an established playbook

The company is deliberately building a small, lean and ambitious team.

You'll work closely with highly experienced people and have the opportunity to make a noticeable impact from early on.

The setup

The team is based in central London and works predominantly from the office.

There's flexibility when people need it, but this is an office-first environment.

For someone early in their career, it's a great opportunity to learn directly from experienced commercial operators and develop quickly.

If you're looking for an entrepreneurial first or second job where you'll learn sales, GTM and AI while helping build something from an early stage, this could be a brilliant place to do it.
