This is a brilliant opportunity for a junior marketer who wants to get stuck into the engine room of a growing digital business. You will be a true all-rounder; helping shape how the agency shows up online, supporting PR and content activity, and making sure their thinking, insight and success stories are visible to the outside world.
You will work closely with senior leaders and commercial teams, learning how a high-performing agency operates while building a strong grounding in content, communications and digital marketing. The business is growing and hiring, with real momentum behind it. You will be joining at a stage where things are moving quickly and there’s plenty to get involved in. They share a Soho office with another fast-growing business, which creates a great buzz day to day; lots of energy, ideas being shared and people who enjoy being in the office and learning from one another.
What you’re good at:
- Writing clear, engaging content (blogs, social posts, short articles)
- Supporting social media activity; especially LinkedIn
- Helping plan and create content that improves brand visibility
- Turning ideas, insight and client wins into shareable stories
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or PR (or a strong desire to learn)
- Being organised, proactive and comfortable juggling a few moving parts
Bonus points for:
- Experience managing or contributing to social channels
- An interest in performance marketing, influencer marketing or affiliate media
- Basic design skills (Canva is plenty)
- Confidence speaking to colleagues and sharing ideas
This role would suit someone early in their career who wants exposure, responsibility and a clear development path in digital marketing and PR, without being boxed into one narrow lane.
