This is a brilliant opportunity for a junior designer who loves performance marketing and wants to see their work directly drive results. You'll be creating paid social ads that are built to convert, testing ideas quickly, learning what works and improving week by week.

You'll work closely with growth and creative teams, turning insights, hooks and concepts into scroll-stopping static and video ads. It's fast-paced, hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys iterating, experimenting and getting better through volume.

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing static ads for paid social (1:1, 4:5 and 9:16 formats)
  • Creating short-form video ads; UGC-style edits, motion text, app demos
  • Turning briefs into multiple creative variations; hooks, angles, CTAs and formats
  • Editing and remixing assets efficiently using existing content, UGC and product visuals
  • Building simple motion systems; captions, pacing, pattern interrupts
  • Keeping creative files, templates and exports organised

What you're good at:

  • You understand what makes paid social creative work; strong hooks, clarity, proof and pace
  • You can produce at speed without losing quality or taste
  • You think in variations rather than one-off ideas
  • You're comfortable designing for Meta feeds, stories, reels and vertical video
  • You have a good eye for layout, typography and visual hierarchy

Tools & experience:

  • Experience using tools like Figma, Adobe or Canva (tool choice matters less than output)
  • Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere, After Effects or similar
  • A genuine interest in using AI tools to speed up ideation, iteration and production
  • A personal interest in fitness, wellbeing or performance
  • Your own social content or side projects
  • Experience reading ad performance data and feeding it back into creative
  • Experience building templates or simple design systems

What's in it for you:

  • A role where your work directly impacts growth
  • Fast feedback and high volume; you'll improve quickly
  • Real ownership and responsibility early on
