This creative tech business is shaking up the world of digital advertising with interactive, conversational ad formats designed to grab attention. Their award-winning platform is used by some of the world’s biggest brands - think FMCG giants, global fintechs, and household names in telecoms - to build privacy-first digital experiences that actually engage people.

They’ve picked up accolades like Drum and Digiday Awards, and with more exciting briefs coming through the door, they’re growing their in-house creative team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Junior Designer to work across a range of exciting digital campaigns - from designing standout client assets to evolving the company’s visual identity. The role mixes hands-on design work with conceptual thinking and creative storytelling. It’s ideal for someone with a sharp eye, an ideas-led mindset, and a love for design that makes people stop scrolling.

Day-to-day, that means:

  • Designing digital assets across web, social, blogs, decks, and awards submissions
  • Creating interactive ad formats using the company’s proprietary tech platform
  • Leading creative processes for campaigns - from briefing calls to final delivery
  • Working with Sales, Strategy, and Client Services to shape client-facing ideas
  • Developing the internal brand identity across touchpoints (pitch decks, event material, internal docs)
  • Joining creative brainstorms and supporting narrative development for campaigns
  • Staying ahead of design trends and injecting new energy into the team’s creative output

The team is looking for someone who’s early in their career (about 6 months of experience - uni or personal projects count!) but full of potential. This role would suit someone who’s confident with the Adobe suite, collaborative, and comfortable sharing ideas.

What they’re looking for:

  • A creative portfolio showing strong visual design and concept thinking
  • Experience (internship, freelance or personal) designing digital assets
  • A passion for storytelling through visuals
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Bonus points for Figma or Canva
  • Attention to detail, a collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude
  • Great communication skills - comfortable working cross-functionally and sharing ideas

The Perks

  • £25,000 salary
  • 7% bonus every six months
  • Creative freedom and real responsibility from day one
  • A growing team with a strong company culture
  • Award-winning client work with big brands
