The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter. The role’s primary responsibility is prospecting, building relationships with new and existing clients, and arranging appointments. It is a performance-based environment, so the payment structure combines a basic salary plus a bonus based on your targets. You will provided full training and support, but you must be confident on the phone and not afraid to make calls.

Responsibilities:
Prospecting:

Prospect new clients for appointments

Schedule meetings for team members with prospects

You will be targeted on successful diarised appointments
Client relationship management:

Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products

Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Operations & teamwork:

Maintain a detailed and organised pipeline

Communicate initial details gained from the prospect to the appropriate team members before their meeting

Track all activities in our CRM system

Work with other team members to optimise our efforts

Degree-level education is essential. Ideally, in a finance-related field, but not essential
