Their platform is transforming how digital advertising works by putting control in the hands of the consumer – allowing brands to engage people with personalised, conversational experiences rather than disruptive guesswork.

Having already partnered with household names like IKEA, Vodafone, and Dyson, they’re now looking for a Creative Executive to join their fast-growing team. This is a hands-on, collaborative role for someone with a sharp eye for design, a head full of ideas, and a passion for delivering work that genuinely stands out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop creative ideas and concepts in response to campaign briefs – from brainstorming and brand research through to execution
  • Work across multiple campaigns simultaneously, collaborating with external agency partners and internal teams to deliver exceptional creative
  • Design conversational creatives through the company’s proprietary platform
  • Lead client and agency calls to kick off projects and manage the creative process end to end
  • Partner with Sales and Strategy teams to ensure campaigns remain on track and successful once live
  • Take part in product development sessions, bringing creative insight to help shape the platform’s unique offering
What They’re Looking For
  • At least 6 months' experience in a creative or design-focused role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, storytelling, and attention to detail
  • Exceptional copywriting ability – able to write with clarity, energy and persuasion
  • Skilled communicator, comfortable presenting ideas and working cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma experience is a plus)
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a high-velocity environment
