This fast-growing e-commerce education business helps people launch and scale their own online brands. Founded by entrepreneurs who have built seven and eight-figure e-commerce businesses themselves, the company combines expert coaching, community and technology to give its members the practical support they need to turn an idea into a successful online business.
They're now looking for a bright, commercially minded graduate to join their Member Success team and work directly with a group of VIP members as they build their brands.
The role is a brilliant opportunity for someone interested in e-commerce, AI, startups and working with people. You'll take ownership of a group of VIP members, becoming their main point of contact throughout the programme. You'll understand what each person is trying to achieve, keep track of their progress and make sure they have the support they need to keep moving forward. You'll work closely with experienced e-commerce coaches, helping members turn advice into action and identifying when someone needs an extra push or a different approach. It's a people-focused role, but there's a strong commercial and tech element too. You'll learn how online brands are built, use AI tools as part of your day-to-day work and get plenty of exposure to experienced entrepreneurs.
What you'll be doing:
- Building strong relationships with your group of VIP members and becoming their go-to person throughout the programme.
- Checking in proactively, understanding where members are in their journey and keeping them focused on their next steps.
- Working closely with expert e-commerce coaches to make sure members are getting the right advice at the right time.
- Helping members navigate the programme, resources, roadmap and AI tools.
- Spotting when someone is stuck, disengaged or falling behind and taking ownership of getting them moving again.
- Tracking engagement, progress and key milestones through the company's CRM and internal systems.
- Communicating with members through calls, video, Discord, Loom and email.
- Working with the wider team to find ways to improve the member experience.
- Using AI and technology to make both member support and internal processes smarter and more efficient.
About you:
You’ll probably be a recent graduate looking for an early-career role where you can take on genuine responsibility rather than spending your first year watching from the sidelines. You’ll be:
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and working with different personalities.
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of problems.
- Organised enough to manage a number of different member journeys at the same time.
- Naturally curious about e-commerce, startups, AI or technology.
- Confident picking up new tools and systems.
- Commercially minded and interested in understanding how businesses grow.
- Positive, energetic and genuinely motivated by helping other people succeed.
- Comfortable working somewhere fast-moving, where things won't always come with a ready-made playbook.
You don't need previous e-commerce experience, but any evidence that you've built or tried something yourself would be a big plus. That could be a Shopify store, website, online brand, side project or another entrepreneurial project. Experience with tools such as Shopify, ChatGPT, Claude, Notion or a CRM would also be useful, as would previous customer service, account management, sales, coaching or community experience.
Why apply?
This isn't a traditional graduate customer service role. You'll be working closely with people actively building businesses, learning from experienced e-commerce entrepreneurs and getting hands-on exposure to how online brands are launched and grown. You'll have real ownership from the beginning, with plenty of opportunity to develop your communication, commercial judgement, problem-solving and leadership skills as the business continues to grow.
