What’s the Role?

As Event Production Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our events, overseeing everything from technical specs to team coordination. Your role will include:

  • Providing technical specifications across sound, video, lighting, set, and staging
  • Creating and publishing show briefs, schedules, floor plans & crew paperwork
  • Managing budgets (keeping things on track and on budget)
  • Building, nurturing, and developing strong client relationships to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Working closely with clients and venue teams to bring their visions to life
  • Booking and managing resources, equipment, transport, accommodation, and more
  • Leading rigs & de-rigs like a pro
  • Running the show on-site with technical staff, freelancers, and local crew
  • Conducting detailed site surveys and production meetings
  • Managing on-site teams (technical staff, freelancers, and local crew)
  • Acting as a Brand Ambassador for Brighter Productions

Who Are You?

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes events, a confident, cool-headed pro who can handle the pressure and excitement of multiple productions at once. Ideally, you:

  • Have 5+ years of technical production experience
  • Know your way around CAD systems
  • Have excellent communication skills and can liaise with clients at all levels
  • Take feedback like a pro and make quick adjustments
  • Are an expert multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Have strong leadership skills to keep teams motivated and projects on track
  • Work hard, stay positive, and bring energy & enthusiasm to every event
  • Have a Full UK Driving Licence
