Brighter Mansfield is a small charity working hard to improve lives in the Mansfield District and surrounding areas of Nottinghamshire. We are looking for enthusiastic board members to join our small group of existing trustees in a range of roles.
Responsibilities
As the Marketing and Communications Lead, you will act on behalf of board members to collate information, produce documents and policies, support the staff team, develop training plans, and contribute to making Brighter Mansfield a great place to work and volunteer. You will also build and implement a new website and develop a new marketing and fundraising strategy.
Qualifications
- Background in PR, Marketing or Communications, ideally with knowledge of digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to build and implement a new website.
- Experience or knowledge in the following areas: accounting, business planning and cashflow; HR and personnel support; building and grounds management; charity legislation and daily charity operation; working with disadvantaged communities; fundraising, marketing and promotion; website design and maintenance.
