We are looking for a compassionate, reliable Care Assistant to join our domiciliary care team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week), or full time. Full training is provided.
- Support with personal care (washing, dressing, continence care)
- Help with meal preparation, hydration and light household tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow individual care plans and report any changes in wellbeing
- Keep accurate care notes/records (basic IT use)
- Work safely and follow health & safety/infection prevention guidance
- Experience in care is desirable (but not essential - training provided)
- Full UK driving licence required
- Confident communicating in spoken and written English
- Able to follow care plans and work professionally in clients' homes
- Casual dress
- Company car (where applicable)
- Free or subsidised travel/mileage support
- Free parking
