Were looking for compassionate, enthusiastic and reliable Female Personal Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team.
As a Female Personal Assistant, you'll provide person-centred support that enables people to live life on their own terms. Every day is different, and every person we support has their own interests, goals and routines.
About the Role
As a Female Personal Assistant, you could be supporting someone with their daily routine and personal care. You may also be heading out for a day trip, supporting a social activity or helping someone build their confidence and independence.
Sometimes, your support could be as simple as enjoying a good conversation and providing companionship. The important thing is that you will help the person you support to have choice, control and opportunities to enjoy everyday life.
Your support can make a genuine difference to someone's independence, confidence and wellbeing.
Shifts are flexible between 7:00am and 10:00pm. Minimum daytime shifts are 4 hours, with occasional sleep-ins required.
Alternate weekend working is required to provide continuity of care. We aim to offer flexible working wherever possible to help you balance work and personal life.
What We're Looking For
Were looking for a Female Personal Assistant who is caring, positive and dependable. You should enjoy helping others and be confident supporting people in their own homes and communities.
You will need:
- A full UK driving license.
- Access to your own car.
- A caring, positive and dependable approach.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to different people's needs.
- A genuine desire to support people to live independently.
- Previous care experience is helpful, but it is not essential. What matters most to us is your attitude, compassion and genuine desire to support others.
