Were now looking for compassionate, enthusiastic and reliable female Personal Assistants to join our growing team.
Pay and Hours:
This Personal Assistant role offers £14.50 per hour plus £95 per sleep-in shift.
Flexible shifts are available between 7:00am and 10:00pm, with alternate weekend working to ensure continuity of care.
Daytime shifts are a minimum of four hours, with occasional sleep-in shifts, giving you a great balance between meaningful work and personal time.
About the Personal Assistant Role:
As a Personal Assistant, you'll provide person-centred support that helps people live life on their own terms.
Every day is different. You could be supporting someone with their daily routines and personal care, enjoying days out and social activities, or simply sharing good conversation and companionship.
As a Personal Assistant, you'll help to encourage independence, confidence and wellbeing, bringing positivity and warmth to every moment.
About You
To thrive as a Personal Assistant, you'll need to:
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Have access to your own car.
- Be caring, dependable and energetic.
- Enjoy spending time with others and making a genuine difference.
- Feel confident working independently or as part of a team.
- Be willing to provide person-centred care and support.
- Have a positive and flexible approach to your work.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a care role is helpful but not essential. What matters most is your values, compassion and approach to supporting people.
