Brightening Lives is seeking a proactive Team Leader to cover services across Selby with a base at the Thirsk office two days per week. You will join the operational management team, working closely with the Registered Manager to maintain high standards of care, governance and consistent service delivery.
The role focuses on staff development, building a supportive culture and delivering person-centered support that promotes choice, independence and wellbeing across client teams in the region.
