About the Role
Our Customer Success organization is the heart and soul of BrightEdge and a competitive differentiator for us in the market. With teams dedicated to onboarding, professional services, customer success, account management (and more!), we provide meaningful and strategic support to our customers, enabling them to hit their organic search goals.
As a SEO Marketer Customer Success Manager, you drive impact for BrightEdge’s most sophisticated customers from launch all the way through the customer lifecycle. You evangelise the value of a well-implemented SEO analytics environment and when you build that value, great things happen for your customer. BrightEdge is the gold standard for SEO data, and you bring this to life by ensuring that the platform is tailored to the multiple divisions of a large organization.
