We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse processes, and develop effective strategies to enhance our systems and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Analyse current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
  • Support data centre migration from Onprem to Azure, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Assist in testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of data centre migration processes, specifically to Azure.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with process mapping and documentation best practises.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
