Service Architect – Integration Platform Centre of Excellence

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Architect to lead the establishment and management of our Integration Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE). This role is critical in providing architectural guidance, driving best practices, and ensuring the design and implementation of ITIL processes for the integration service.

Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic architectural decisions.

- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy requirements in the context of integration.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on service creation.
- Extensive knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
