We are looking for a Principal Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and delivery of a cloud‑native SaaS platform within the financial services sector. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role, combining architecture, development, and team mentorship across a modern TypeScript/React and Golang technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and development across React/TypeScript front end and Golang backend services.
- Define API, application, and microservices design standards.
- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, testing, and CI/CD.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across the delivery team.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, cloud, and data teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Required Experience
- Strong commercial experience with TypeScript, React, and Golang.
- Experience with microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
- Previous technical leadership and mentoring experience.
