Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver clear, user-centred content that is not marketing-focused but service-oriented.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and refine content that meets user needs and adheres to service guidelines.
  • Analyse user feedback and data to inform content iterations and improvements.
  • Ensure content consistency and accessibility across digital platforms.
  • Lead content iterations based on stakeholders' feedback and changing project requirements.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Proven experience in content design, preferably at a senior level, with a focus on service-based projects rather than marketing.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the challenges in designing trauma-based service content.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling efficient work with various teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess content performance and user engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Public Sector/GDS experience is required for this position.
