Key Responsibilities- Design IT Service Management processes that align with ITIL v4 and reflect our contractual obligations, ensuring comprehensive documentation is developed and signed off by the client.

- Independently lead and facilitate workshops with third-party stakeholders to align on ITSM processes, ensuring clarity and consensus among all parties involved.
