Role Overview

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Contract Resourcer & Delivery Consultant to support the continued growth of our recruitment delivery function. This role is suited to someone who enjoys sourcing talent, building relationships, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting successful recruitment outcomes. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-quality technology and digital professionals, maintaining an active talent network, and supporting the delivery team in filling contract opportunities across a range of clients. Building and nurturing long-term candidate relationships is a key part of the role, ensuring talent remains engaged with BrightBox and available for future opportunities. This role is a key part of our delivery team and provides a strong development pathway into senior resourcing, delivery, and recruitment consultancy positions. This is primarily a remote working role, operating across a standard working day, with occasional travel to Manchester to collaborate with the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source contract technology and digital professionals through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Build, grow, and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across key skill sets and markets.
  • Regularly engage with candidates to understand their availability, skills, career objectives, and project preferences.
  • Qualify candidates against live vacancies and upcoming client requirements.
  • Present suitable opportunities to candidates and support them throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data quality within CRM and recruitment systems.
  • Monitor market trends, talent availability, and hiring activity within the technology recruitment market.
  • Work closely with account managers, recruiters, and delivery consultants to support successful candidate placements.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and represent the BrightBox brand professionally at all times.
  • Support delivery performance by ensuring vacancies are worked efficiently and candidate pipelines remain active and engaged.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with candidates.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, research-driven approach to talent sourcing.
  • Comfortable using databases, ATS platforms, CRM systems, and spreadsheets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn and develop.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition, or administration.
  • Experience sourcing technology, digital, or contract professionals.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
  • Understanding of recruitment delivery processes and candidate management.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary with clear progression opportunities.
  • Commission scheme based on successful placements and delivery performance.
  • Private medical insurance (following successful probation period).
  • Ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development.
  • Supportive and collaborative team culture.
  • Opportunity to develop into Senior Resourcer, Delivery Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, or Account Management roles.
