We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team providing cross-functional analysis, facilitation, and collaboration to ensure effective delivery of outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Conduct workshops and one-on-one sessions with business SMEs and stakeholders across all project streams.
  • Stakeholder management across project workstreams.
  • Document all requirements to a high standard including user stories, process mapping, data models, data diagrams, and other BA analysis.
  • Identifying business problems across all streams.
  • Track deliverables, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Creating/Developing test scripts, managing feedback loops, and ensuring business solutions are met and agreed.
  • Contribute to change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement planning to facilitate smooth transitions.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in transformation or finance-related projects.
  • Prepare and run workshops and stakeholder sessions.
  • Business Process Modelling, full lifecycle management.
  • Previously worked on multiple workstreams: Data, finance, reporting, development, mentoring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders from operational to executive levels.
  • Proficient at translating complex business problems into actionable, structured requirements.
  • Understanding of cost-centre management, financial reporting, or organisational learning is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Visio, Miro, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
