We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team providing cross-functional analysis, facilitation, and collaboration to ensure effective delivery of outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct workshops and one-on-one sessions with business SMEs and stakeholders across all project streams.
- Stakeholder management across project workstreams.
- Document all requirements to a high standard including user stories, process mapping, data models, data diagrams, and other BA analysis.
- Identifying business problems across all streams.
- Track deliverables, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Creating/Developing test scripts, managing feedback loops, and ensuring business solutions are met and agreed.
- Contribute to change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement planning to facilitate smooth transitions.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in transformation or finance-related projects.
- Prepare and run workshops and stakeholder sessions.
- Business Process Modelling, full lifecycle management.
- Previously worked on multiple workstreams: Data, finance, reporting, development, mentoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders from operational to executive levels.
- Proficient at translating complex business problems into actionable, structured requirements.
- Understanding of cost-centre management, financial reporting, or organisational learning is highly desirable.
- Experience with Visio, Miro, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
