We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Salesperson with a robust background in Solutions Architecture and experience within the public sector. This role demands a candidate who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that client needs are comprehensively understood and catered to through tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients in the public sector to ascertain their needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of policing operations and challenges.
- Design and present customised technology solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members to facilitate clear communication and project alignment.
- Actively participate in the sales process, from initial engagement through to solution delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practises relevant to policing and public sector technology.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Salesperson, particularly within the public sector and policing domain.
- Strong background in Solutions Architecture with demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ideally possess SC (Security Clearance) and NPPV3 (Non-Police Personnel Vetting Level 3) clearance; candidates with NPPV2 clearance will also be considered.
