This is a high-impact role at the heart of building a best-in-class Finance function. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards across core SaaS KPIs, replacing manual Excel reporting with a scalable self-serve environment. Maintain data integrity across NetSuite, HiBob, and HubSpot, and lead Finance data governance including metric definitions and quality controls.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the monthly FP&A close cycle, including variance analysis and Board commentary. Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts in partnership with department heads. Maintain the Group's financial model and scenario outputs to support strategic decisions and investor readiness.
- Finance Business Partnering: Serve as the primary Finance Business Partner to key departments, translating data into clear, actionable insight for senior stakeholders. Challenge assumptions constructively and add commercial value beyond the numbers.
